About Tracey Field Consulting
Tracey Field Consulting provides practical estates consultancy, training and development for schools, trusts and education leaders.
Led by Tracey Field FCIOB, the focus is on helping organisations understand their estate, manage risk and compliance, make informed investment decisions and develop the people responsible for leading and managing it.
The approach is grounded in more than 25 years of estates and facilities management experience, including hands-on experience within the education sector.
Built from real estates experience
Good estates management is about more than buildings. It requires clear leadership, reliable information, effective assurance and informed decision-making.
My work combines strategic advice with practical delivery experience. I’ve worked across education, public sector and complex estates, from operational facilities management through to estates leadership, compliance, procurement and capital programmes.
That experience shapes both my consultancy and training. The aim is not to produce theory that sits on a shelf, but to give organisations and their people practical ways to understand their estate, make better decisions and take action.
